New Cassettes Return to Chicago – October 12th @ Empty Bottle

Empty Bottle
10:00 PM
1035 N. Western Ave.
Chicago, IL.

Our favorite band from Northampton is back in Chicago, opening for White Arrows and Family of the Year this Friday, October 12th, at the Empty Bottle. We had a chance to cover the band back in March and they were great. Frontman Tom Stubbs never stops dancing, moving all over the stage getting down to the bands infectious melodies. If you make it out to the Empty Bottle to catch these guys, you won’t be¬†disappointed. Especially since tickets are only $8!

You can purchase tickets for the show here.

I had the chance to catch the band at West Fest in 2010, and they blew me away. A band that far eclipses their recorded sound live, nowadays, is almost impossible to find Рbut WWPJ does just that. The band provides a powerful, emotional, frenetic yet perfectly balanced sound that hooks you within minutes.
