The hometown trap apostles Flosstradamus dropped a video for “Crowd CTRL” featuring samples from the cult movie classic, The Warriors. The song is off their Nomads EP they collaborated on with DJ Sliink. YOU BEST DIG IT!
Ever since catching him with Trey Songz on the OOVOO Chapter 5 World Tour, I can’t get enough of Miguel. His Grammy performance only strengthened my belief that this guy is destined to be the future of r&b. He released the video to “Candles in the Sun” today. A bit different than his hit “Adorn,” the song steps away from “love song” and is a more introspective piece looking at the world at large. Here’s what he had to say about it… “It’s so easy to ignore what’s right in front of us sometimes… I wanted to create a song and visual that addressed my everyday concerns of life as I know it in the world that we live in.”
A$AP Rocky dropped the video for his latest single “F**ckin Problems” today featuring Drake, 2Chainz and Kendrick Lamar. Check out the video below and as Drake says in the song, “You should print the lyrics out and have a f*cking read-along.” Enjoy.
Big Black Delta recently released a video for their latest single “Betamax.” The song is the second single from an upcoming album set for release in early 2013. I love super simple videos with a bunch of colors, and this is just that. Check out the video below and let us know what you think.
Hailing from LA, the trio is fronted by former Mellowdrone member and M83 touring musician Jonathan Bates. Big Black Delta’s explosive live show features dueling drummers and an orchestrated light show, checking them out is highly recommended.

Kids These Days – Clear Eyes
Directed and shot by Austin Vesely of Elephilms. Take a look at their Vimeo page, a lot of good stuff.
I’m not one that’s particularly into the whole dubstep scene, but I got mad respect for people that dance really well. Sebastian’s Embody video is one of my favorite videos of all time, so I HAVE to give some love to Marquese “Nonstop” Scott, the dancer in this video. It’s the dubstep remix of Foster the People’s Pumped Up Kicks, and it literally looks like this dude is in space dancing. Gravity doesn’t apply to him. Check out below for ACITM’s video of the week….

Today’s video of the week is a compilation I made after attending the Crystal Castles Lollapalooza pre-show held at the House of Blues. The light show in the video is awesome, and it makes for a perfect backdrop for Alice Glass’s original Ipod ad-inspired dance moves. There are some great shots of Alice jumping into and singing on top of the audience about halfway through the video as well.
