Video of the Week: Diane Von Furstenberg’s Spring Collection through Google’s Project Glass

Diane Von Furstenberg made a splash at New York Fashion Week when each of her models walked down the runway in Google Glasses. The designer wore the glasses herself as well, and the footage captured before and during her runway show was made into a movie titled “DVF: Through Glass.” What are Google Glasses? They are glasses with insane functionality including a built in camera and voice command system. Basically, they may one day replace the need for cell phones and computers. Check out the “DVF [Through Glass]” video below and let us know if you agree that theĀ video not only shows off Diane Von Furstenberg’s gorgeous Spring 2013 collection, but also shows how cool the melding of fashion and technology can be.
