Kele Okereke of popular indie electronic band Bloc Party heads to Chicago on May 17th for a rare performance at the Mid. Kele began his solo gig just a few years ago; he blends his smooth vocals with punchy dance beats. Known most famously for their 2005 hit song “Helicopter,” Bloc Party has only played in the Midwest a few times throughout their career- this upcoming unique performance is one you shouldn’t miss.
